Delay of Annual Meeting
Dear PGI Grower;
The PGI board has decided to delay the annual meeting of the Potato Growers of Idaho until early 2009 when the meeting can be part of a larger event. Even with its smaller role, primarily as managing the Potato PAC, PGI needs to have an annual meeting to conduct business, report on finances, and elect board members. By delaying the meeting it is hoped that a larger event will attract more growers and PGI can also conduct its annual fundraising auction for the PAC at the same time.
